Two to Inspire Your Writing

By Administrator

Last week I had a few days break in a holiday resort up in the Sunshine Coast here in QLD Australia. It was the Novotel Twin Waters Resort and while it was old and a bit dated, it was relaxing and the staff were great.

We took the break because we've been so busy lately and planned to spend some time doing absolutely nothing.

And it worked a treat. I've come home refreshed and ready to do much more writing (because my future self always has way more time than I do). :)

And to share this new found yearning to write more, I've got a couple of inspirational freebies for you.

The first one is an audio recording of Wallace D Wattles' famous book, "The Science of Getting Rich." It's described as being for those "whose most pressing need is for money; who wish to get rich first, and philosophize afterward." It's a huge 2 hour audio.

You can listen to it online or download it from:

And if you're in the mood for a good read, there is an inspirational (at least I found it to be so) blog series from author Dean Wesley Smith, as he posts daily about his progress as he writes a 70,000 word novel in 10 days.

It's really interesting just to see the way he works.

You can read it at:

I hope you enjoy them both.
