This is day 28 of my journey to publish something every day (M-F) for 30 days.
Today I uploaded the last 4 emails to my website.
Yesterday's article about making money writing short stories seems to have inspired quite a few of you. It seems that some hadn't even considered making money writing short fiction.
Yet today, more than ever, it's so easy to make money from any kind of writing with self publishing, websites, blogs, ebooks ,freelance writing and a whole lot more like SEO writing, client writing, screen play writing, copy writing...and the list goes on.
And all this proves without a doubt that you CAN make money from your writing; whether you want to write fiction or non ficiton.
The biggest bugbear for fiction writers used to be finding an agent or a publisher to accept their work. But now with Kindle publishing, there are millionaire self published fiction authors appearing almost every day.
And with self publishing being so easy, the only big problem now, is deciding on what you want to write. Before you can seriously jump into earning your living from your writing, you need to decide what kind of writer you want to be.
So what do you enjoy writing about?
Once you know, you only need to write for 2 hours a day, and you could be publishing 12 ebooks a year.
Plus you could add to that a website where you sell your ebooks and earn other residual income from advertising and affiiate marketing. Or you could earn more money from writing more ebooks.
It's no coincidence that the most successful writers have written the most books.
If you want to make it in the self publishing world, you need to write 10, 20, 30 books or more. And publish them fast.
If you need more help with it all, there are ebooks on my website (http://writeaholics.net) that can help you create your own websites, self publish all your books, become a Kindle publisher, build a profitable online business from your writing and earn $36,000 in the next year.
It all depends on what you want to do and if you're willing to do it.
And if you need even more help, there are plenty of ebooks and courses for writers at WCCL. http://writeaholics.net/links/wcclbooks.html.
Just don't wait any longer. If you're not writing as much as you want or earning as much money from your writing as you want to, you need to change things now.
Tomorrow I'll be back with my my last installment of my plan to publish daily and I'll give you my final stats on how it went.
