Why is Focusing So Easy to Say Yet So Damn Hard to Do?

By Administrator

Having the ability to focus 100% on what you’re doing seems easy to do when you’re talking about it, but actually doing it is really hard.

So if you want to be more focused and get more done and work better, what can you do about it?

“All you need to do is focus.”

You hear people saying that all the time and it sounds so easy.

But in reality it isn’t easy at all.

We so often hear people talk about writers’ block too. But in my humble, yet extremely accurate opinion, writers’ block is nothing more than a lack of focus. It’s as though you want to sit down and write but your mind is jumping around and thinking of other things all the time.

It’s just a lack of ability to focus.

And we know focusing is difficult because there are so many books and courses about it.

You also only have to see how often Buddhist monks and other meditators practice to know that it must take a long time to perfect.

Most people wrongly believe that meditation is about emptying your mind of all thoughts. But that’s impossible to do. Our minds are always thinking. ALWAYS.

Meditation is actually about focusing your mind on only one thing without deviating.

That’s why meditators close their eyes, or stare at a candle flame or repeat the word ‘om’ (because ‘om’ has no meaning so it helps to focus the attention without distractions).

But what if you could focus 100% on everything you do?

Can you actually imagine what that would be like?

You’d be able to accomplish miracles.

You could sit with 100% focused concentration and write one book after another.

Imagine how great it would be to sit with laser-sharp focus and keep on writing and writing.

Not only could you write one great book after another, but you could create a website and write hundreds of pages of epic content and have thousands of subscribers all wanting to read everything you write.

You could also breeze through all your daily chores because you’d be so focused that nothing could distract you.

You’d be completely ‘present’ in every moment throughout the day with a clear mind about what you’re trying to accomplish and you’d be able to say no to those who try and take your attention away.

How great will it be to finally have complete control over your own mind?

It’s so powerfully motivating just to think about it, isn’t it?

So what can you do?

The first thing you must do is buy an audio of brain entrainment recordings and specifically those that can help increase your focus and boost your energy as you work.

Then also buy one that is so powerful that it can help you to have less stress, feel more relaxed and help you feel and look better than you ever have done before.

Together, these two types of audios, one you use as you work and one you listen to as you relax, can change your life in ways you never thought possible.

You’ll have razor-sharp focus, you’ll feel more energised and motivated so that you have the power to achieve anything you want.

And, at the same time, you’ll be stress-free, able to cope with any problem, more relaxed and you’ll sleep so much better.

Using quality brain entrainment audios can give you the 100% laser-sharp focus that you need in every area of your life.

You can use your brain entrainment audios as you sit for just 30 minutes a day and meditate, concentrating on nothing except the audio you’re listening to.

Meditation teacher Jeanne Ball said in an interview about the benefits of meditation:

The founder of the TM [Transcendental Meditation] program, Maharishi, used to say, "The only way to take care of the whole tree is to water the root." This means: deep within everyone is a transcendental source of energy, creativity and intelligence, and if we can restore direct contact with that inner source by diving beyond thought and contacting our deepest inner self, then we will enrich all aspects of life in one stroke. People find their physical and mental health improves, their relationships become more harmonious, they have more energy and become more productive. Peace and happiness grows naturally from within. We find ourselves enjoying life more, and, as perception becomes clearer, finding more joy and beauty all around us.”

She said some of the specific benefits found by researchers are:

And at the HeadSpace website they further say that:

Learning to focus our mind is one of the most important things we can ever do. Whether we’re olympic athletes, or just learning to play footie, a concert violinist, or just learning to play the guitar, a surgeon, mathematician, builder - whatever our pursuit…….. our performance and ability to learn new things is dependent on our ability to focus.

But it goes beyond this. It can have far reaching consequences in many areas of our lives. Being able to focus and resist distraction is also linked with our ability to control our impulses, emotions and achieve long term goals.

So don’t dismiss learning to focus your mind as simply some New Age fad.

People have been doing it for thousands of years and with amazing results. That’s why it’s been around so long.

Because it works.

Try it for free yourself and see the difference in how you think, work and feel.
